We’ve designed the posters for Uruguayan musician lilatirandoavioleta Lila Tirando a Violeta’s performances at groundlessfactory in Beijing and all_club_ in Shanghai. Lila is known for her mysterious, coarse and deconstructive style of electronic music. Her work covers experimental music, hard drum, and field recordings, showcasing the marvelous fusion of nature sounds and digital electronics. We selected visual elements of lightning and Latin American rivers to imply the aggressiveness in Lila’s music. The design attempts to showcase the cultural and personal narratives behind her work, and the unique textures of power and fluidity in the music. Event produced by hiatus_beijing.
